February 1st of 2016 we have officially adopted Holacracy at Findasense. This is the starting point of this new work philosophy in which we adventured to adopt.
It is the beginning of a great transformation for the company, not just because of Holacracy, but to turn this company in a positive force of change though out self-management. We want to compete not just become the greatest company in the world, but to be the best company for the world. For now, we just want to allow our employees around the world to be happy.
Adopting Holacracy it’s more than just adopting a new process
It’s changing all of our cosmovision on the business world. This makes us the first spanish speaking company adopting this methodology of a business organization without bosses.
