The Lancashire Wildlife Trust has been supporting people and organisations in Bolton through its Reaching Out for Wildlife in Bolton initiative. The three-year project was supported by the Big Lottery Fund, and this series of videos has been made to show you the impact it’s had on people and communities.
Christine Hatton is local to the Breightmet area, and has been volunteering for Lancashire Wildlife Trust for five years. She’s part of a Practical Volunteering group which meets once a week at the Environmental Resource Centre to carry out land management and maintenance at local green spaces including Seven Acres Local Nature Reserve.
