Some CG here - around 1:10 the fog around the bridge is 3D. In the next shot the reflection of the bridge is comped from a still. Around 1:30 the shot of the bridge is actually real but the fog is obviously comped, the camera move adjusted and the car altered to match our hero-car. The very next shot, around 1:40, is entirely 3D. Shortly thereafter the falling picture frame is 3D, and the shot was done through a mirror on the floor in order to get the right angle.

A few in-camera tricks as well - The whip-pan revealing the truck around the one minute mark contains a cut to help shoot the truck with the parallel lane clear for safety. At around 1:50 the transition from the fallen picture to the scene of the accident is done entirely in-camera, with a piece of the wood floor and transition constructed on set, a new picture dropped for every take. After that the rotating hospital shot is done with a "regular" roundy-round head...
