Cheo’s winery is busy labelling and boxing its 2014 red wine, which has just been bottled.
Full structured wine,
resulting from the combined action
of the high sun exposure and winds sweeping in from the sea as the grapes ripen …
… on the terraced vineyards overlooking the sea.
Wine obtained through the fermentation in stainless steel barrels and subsequently refined for 12 months in old oak barrels.
Of a red colour with violet hues,
it carries an intense fragrance with hints of wild berries and spices.
Tannins complete its distinctive taste on the palate.
In 2014 Cheo’s winery produced 1250 bottles of red wine “Il Rosso di Cheo”.
