Juan José Herrera (1973)

Bachelor and Master in Communication, graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey. His work developed from the use of photography and video. Some of their projects have been part of group exhibitions in Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas, Jalisco, Yucatan, Hidalgo, Oaxaca and Mexico City, also his work has been present in exhibitions in Argentina, Austria, Bolivia, Spain and the United States, between other places. He participated in the program FONCA Exchange Artist Residencies at the Banff Centre, Canada. Acquisition Prize at the Third Biennial of Visual Arts of Yucatan and prize acquisition in the Hall of 2012. Beneficiary support Photography by Photography Hall of Nuevo Leon 2008, the PECDA 2009 and Production Support of work by the Multimedia Center of the National Arts Centre 2010. He is professor in the area of ​​photography at LaSalle College International and the Tecnologico de Monterrey, in addition to teaching courses in Conarte independently.
