Salimah is 10 years old and coming from Malaysia. She has been living there as an illegal refugee since she was born. Her mother is not able to take care of her and therefore she has to be resettled in Denmark, where her father and older sister live. She has not seen them since she was 1 year old and does not remember them. But now she is going to be reunited with them and start a new life in Denmark, in a culture far from her own. It will be a journey that forever will change her life.
