A feral organism is one that has escaped from domestication and returned, partly or wholly, to its wild state. I’ve gone feral. Wait for it, Wait for it…
I’m a story teller. I started writing at the urging of my friends. They loved my animated, often long-winded stories and I needed a creative outlet. The WGF story starts there. I simply logged on to the “blogger” website and started plucking away at my very first story. I fumbled through the technology enough to post my first original story and toss it out into the interweberverse. WGF seemed to explode from there. I was told I inspired, encouraged, titillated, thrilled, angered and I may have caused spontaneous urination here and there. I was interviewed, I spoke in front of hundreds, a painting was inspired by and eventually given to me, Urban Dictionary now knows who “kicks fucking ass,” and I became the muse for WGF a multi-media art documentary. Why? I don’t know. I think the question is the answer. Or the answer is in the question. I continue because I’m being asked to, being urged to and being guided by many talented individuals who believe in what I have to give. I give something, you get something and in turn, I get something. It’s a sustainable operation. I try to encourage humanity to see beauty and humor and lessons in all things; in every detail of life. No matter what you believe in, we are only here on this earth once. Use it up, wear it out and end it screaming WOO HOOOOOO! What a ride! I’ll go ahead and use the cliche “Step outside the box.” Throw some wheels on it and ride it around for a while. Your box that is. Heh, heh. Stop living the life of should. Don’t should on yourself.
Love and live fierce. Laugh at the things which are un-laughable. Cry instead of choking on a sob. Let open the flood gates. I dare you. Go Feral. Let’s see what you can do.
