Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco’s 2016 Citywide Arts Show titled, "en.vis.ion” – young artists on the horizon,” showcases the work of youth ages 6-18 from across the City. Youth were asked to imagine a future and share their visualizations through digital, visual and performing arts. Youth from the communities of Western Addition, Bayview-Hunters Point, Visitacion Valley, Tenderloin District, Mission District and KIPP High School are represented in this year’s show hosted at SF Camerawork. Selected works will move on to compete at the Regional Level for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America Fine Arts Exhibit and ImageMakers National Photography Contests.
The youth-hosted opening reception features more than 100 pieces of artwork and photography in different mediums on display, along with samples of digital art pieces and performances.
