Installation art piece built by Katie Stockton, Penda Thomlinson and Phil Joyce as our final project for our MA Design for Interactive Media.
Visitors to the Hanbury Gallery (in London's fashionable East End(!)) interacted with the piece by making any kind of sound in the installation area. Microphones were
suspended above the gallery space to capture the sound which was then triangulated and coordinates translated into the virtual world. The sound affected the weather. The louder the sound the more chance of rain, snow or occasionally frogs.
