Mercy Health, Ohio's largest healthcare system, was undergoing one of the largest transformations, through not only a name change, but also operations. LaineGabriel was engaged to create a strategic platform to bring together the 27 hospital system together. Through research, stakeholder interviews and 15 years of healthcare experience, we knew where the connection to all 33,000 employees needed to be. Their compassion and desire to care for those in their community. To unify everyone under the mission of Mercy Health, but also the passion of every employee. From this platform - This is what I was meant to do - LaineGabriel created a multi-faceted, three year campaign that became the rally cry for the system. The anthem was filmed in seven cities across Ohio and Kentucky over a two week period to capture real employees, physicians and the hospitals and communities where they deliver care.
