For many students in District 50, choosing where to attend college is one of the biggest, and most difficult, decisions they must make. While keeping their focus on school assignments, sports and other extra-curricular activities, these students also must work to learn about scholarships, admission processes, financial aid and college applications.
It’s not an easy path to navigate and it often begins earlier than many people believe.
October is designated as College Application Month, a time when students begin the difficult process of narrowing their list of college choices and applying for scholarships.
It can all seem a bit overwhelming, that much is for sure. So, this year, Westminster High School decided to upgrade its website to provide all the tough to find and hard to answer questions in one location.
