A performance by Rodrigo Constanzo using snare/percussion/objects, Cut Glove, and DMX lights filmed by Angela Guyton and Karoline Finnema at the Borealis festival in Bergen, Norway on 11 March 2016.
Cut Glove (live sampling software written in Max) and the DMX lights are being controlled by custom software which moves through different interaction/behavior types. In addition to the defined interaction/behavior types there is a body of prerecorded light patterns (flashes, blips, and throbs) that were recorded by Angela Guyton using custom software. These prerecorded patterns are used as part of the interaction/behavior types on a round-robin basis (each time randomly selecting from the body of patterns).
