Pailin Province in Cambodia is full of unexploded mines - a legacy from the civil war. Because of this, it's one of Cambodia’s neediest provinces. With funding from AusAID, CARE launched the Australia Cambodia Integrated Mine Action (ACIMA) in 2006. CARE provides mine removal and education, and is working with the locals to make living conditions better by developing their agricultural sector. This film shows how the program is improving the lives and livelihoods of individuals and communities.
