A story of triumph and loss, love and mystery at the heart of the discovery of a perfect right-hand wave on the magical, megalithic island of Nias.

The story of change is told through the eyes of Bonne Gea, a humble girl born and raised on the Point in South Nias, who went on to become Indonesia’s first female surfing champion. Bonne's story demonstrates the dramatic cultural shifts in the sands that had to happen, before she could blaze her own trail to become a champion.
