Kiran Gandhi, the free-bleeding marathon runner, sent in a video message to be played at the launch of our #LetsFaceItPeriod campaign (September 1st, 2015) because she couldn't be there in person. In this video, she explains the epiphany she had while running without a tampon, and why breaking taboos and improving menstrual health for women globally is so important.
