A1. Laptop or Tablet (must be able to prop up on Belly).
A2. A quiet room, preferably alone.
A3: First find a comfortable place for your body to lie down. This can be your bed, a hammock, oversize beanbag, or even the floor. Before lying down, make sure your media device of choice is nearby and sufficiently charged. Lie down so that you are comfortable, then place your media device on your belly. Prop up your head with a pillow or cushion so that you can see your media device. Press Play and choose Full Screen. Sleepy Time tea is encouraged.
