In this presentation and discussion, we will dive deeply into the cornerstone ideas about the mind, the brain and its body, and our human relationships with each other and the planet to explore how the use of mental training in mindfulness can enhance our inner well-being and our inter health as well. What is "inter health"? The ways in
which the self is defined as a solo, singular noun rather than an emerging, plural verb may be a modern way in which the sense of who we are as isolated beings rather than part of an interconnect whole is producing both internal suffering and planetary degradation. In this way, our modern world needs our immersion in a way of using the mind to broaden our sense of self--not to eliminate it, but to expand it from just me to beyond "we" and into an integrated sense of me and we combined. a "MWe" of modern living.
