In 1866, John A. Macdonald was drunk. Canada's only hope was that Dr. Henry Jekyll could invent a hangover cure before the final Confederation Conference.
According to Robert K. Bowfinger, every movie costs $2184, (cash). That was my budget, (adjusted for inflation and currency exchange rates). Inspired by Jay Ward's "Fractured Flickers", I wanted to see if a feature film, with a different story, could be produced largely by changing the title cards, (while using the same images), editing, (with other films in the public domain and a bit of new footage), and a compiled musical score. I've also provided title cards in both English and Canadian French.
The compression to the .mp4 format creates a smaller file, (with some degradation of the images); but, it remains a large file, (so a download of it may allow it to be saved and to be viewed on another player).
