This was my practice run at the 2008 Ohiopyle Over the Falls Festival. Unfortunately, there was no race run for me that day - ok - no completed race run for me that day. I was a victim of my own foolishness. I planted myself firmly in the hole at the first ledge during my race run. Lessons learned.
