A guided meditation to help relax into the moment as your busy day progresses.
Taking A Breather and Reconnect to Your Soul
Your thoughts are not necessarily your friend. They can spin you out and down in to a spiral of claustrophobic negativity. If left to their own devices, they can even hold you hostage. To keep your cool and sanity, shift your attention to your breath and its sensation. Deepen your inhale and exhales to a slow, easy rhythm. Recharge yourself. Rediscover your inner world. You know… the one that is yours alone… the one that is always there waiting for you… the one where all the real transformation and growth happens. Take a ride on your wild inside. Here lives sacred, holy ground… a space undefined, ever evolving. Rest here in your breath. Weariness is an absent stranger in this place.
Release yourself from whatever the story is that your thoughts are telling you that you are somehow not enough. Forgive yourself for these thoughts, and for the part of you that believes them. Then dwell in the breath. Reconnect to your soul. Realize yourself. For real.
Take a breather from the busyness of all your doings of the day and reconnect to your soul.
As a ray of sunshine passes through a prism, the light not only penetrates the darkness and illuminates it, it also turns it into the dancing colors of a rainbow. As you move the prism, the light hits one wall and then another, changing direction and the rhythm of its color-rich dance. Your touch affects the movement of the light. Just as your touch can affect how the light dances on a wall, your inner attitude can affect the outer aspects of your life.
Your life can seem overly full, complicated, and perhaps even overwhelming at times. Remember to take the time during the busyness of you day to relax, stretch, and drop into your slow, deep breathing practice. This brings the element of simplicity back into your life. Stopping to take a breather during your day allows you to slow down enough to move out of the more mental activities on your schedule and experience the rhythms inside your body.
By pausing to be still and go within, you touch base and listen to your soul. With this practice, you will find balance and harmony between your inner and outer worlds. Today, remember that how you connect with yourself on the inside affects how you connect with your outer world. As you touch your spirit within, you will radiate that vibration lovingly out to the rest of the world.
