Honoring the lives lost at the Upper Big Branch Disaster
There was never a case more important to me. I sat with families of the men who died there. I felt their unimaginable anguish, shared their anger and felt their frustrations about how such a tragedy could happen in the 21st Century.
I'm proud to have fought for them to get some real justice.
I care about these families. They are now my family. Judy Jones Peterson lost her brother in this tragedy. These are her words.
