A Shadow at The Window is a interactive installation part of Festival du Nouveau Cinema of Montréal.
The 7 storeys building projection presented an interface where users had to choose the number of an apartment they wanted to "spy" and send it via SMS. Almost instantly the application will show what appeared to be happening inside the chosen apartment. All footage was made from clips of films presented at the festival.
2 40K Lumen projectors, a Max MSP patch, modul8, 3 flash apps and many After Effects for the shadows where the ingredients for this experience.
