EPISODE THREE was filmed the afternoon of April 17th 2016 on a Sunday following the encounters of episode two ~ notably the swarm of bees. As this episode opens, we are heading to the border of Naco from Bisbee in Arizona to take a photo and then we go up in the Huachuca Mountains for a little riding by the border with crystal clear vistas. This episode was really about getting a ride in and not so much about meeting folks although we did stop at a horse rescue place and meet the horses and the local wranglers.
Lipstick and Dirt was conceived in December of 2015. This is an ongoing project focusing on women who ride motorcycles and subsequently are agents of change.
Special thanks to Jay Joo and Sena Technologies for the camera and communicator equipment used in many of the action parts of the video. Thanks to Craig Maclaine, technical advisor/editor and we couldn't produce this episode without the generous support of our lodging hosts in Arizona: Mark Trippetti in Sedona, Paul and Sandy Berger in Scottsdale, Ludy and Barbara Kuttner in Hereford.
