This documentary is about the bustling street food scène in Bangkok today. Tom Vandenberghe, a Belgian chef addicted to street food and his soulmate, food photographer Luk Thys decided to return to Bangkok to bring their book alive.
Since 2007 Tom and Luk travelling the world to find, taste and talk to the most exiting street food chefs.
Bangkok Street Food already is the fifth book Tom and Luk produced in a series on street food worldwide. Earlier they published Bangkok Street food (first edition, 2009), Hanoi Street Food (2011), Singapore & Penang Street Food (2013) and New York Street food( 2015).
