What does it mean to hold space? In order to successfully heal and grow, a person needs at least one other person who will hold space for them. This is one of the key roles of EAGALA equine-assisted psychotherapy facilitators, and for those of us who hold space for other people, it's valuable to have some understanding what that means. In this presentation, we will learn about supporting other people while keeping our own egos out of it, giving them space to make their own decisions, giving guidance only when needed, and making them safe even when they fail.
