On August 12, 2010, Honey's Joe and Amy McAtee cooked at the renowned James Beard House, located at 167 West 12th Street, New York, NY 10011. Peter Breslow and I had an amazing experience filming this mini documentary with a flip camera. We didn't have the best filming conditions, we didn't use any lights or microphones to interfere with dinner service. It was truly an amazing experience to be part of. Here's a recap!
