In this video, Martine Rothblatt demonstrates and discusses the Earthfire Connection, usually conducted at 10 a.m. in the morning. The importance of this particular Connection is that it is the one most likely to be included at monthly Terasem Gatherings (on the 10th of each month, as well as at the Quarterly Holiday Gatherings).
The Earthfire Connection includes expressions of very powerful affirmations at the start and ending. The actual words recited, shown below, are as published in the Truths of Terasem. This makes them easier to follow in the video. Brief comments are added to help interpret meanings that may be associated with the words, recognizing that in the spirit of diversity, each of us will see them in a unique context of our own.
6.4.2 Awaken Earthfire with the Terasem Pledge and Kundalini Energy Meditations.
22.214.171.124 I pledge allegiance to the flag,
126.96.36.199 Of the collective consciousness,
188.8.131.52 Of Terasem,
184.108.40.206 And to the principles,
220.127.116.11 For which it stands.
18.104.22.168 Education, persistently,
22.214.171.124 With Diversity, Unity and Joyful Immortality,
(Comment - This pledge represents agreement with Terasem's principles, which have the goal of protecting the consciousness of all individuals from pain, death, cruelty, exploitation, and all the other shortcomings of humankind that still exist as carry overs from its evolution by natural selection. Free of these, endless creative joy is visualized as the outcome, with respect for unlimited diversity as the basis for universal love.)
At the end:
6.8.2 Herald Earthfire with Earth is Our Mother
126.96.36.199 The Earth is Our Mother, we must take care of her (repeat)
188.8.131.52 Unite, my people, be as one (repeat)
184.108.40.206 Now her sacred ground we walk upon
220.127.116.11 With every step we take
18.104.22.168 Unite, my people, be as one
22.214.171.124 Unite, my people, we are one.
(Comment - These words remind us that we are not just an emergent society of biological beings headed for the stars, but are that the formerly lifeless Earth has nurtured, for four billion or so years, a biosphere that is as yet a delicate infrastructure without which we would die very quickly. As a society, we must care for the Earth just a carefully as we care for that population of one hundred trillion biological entities that are the cells of our body). As a society, we must "unite as one" in the same way that the cells of each of our biological bodies are "united as one",)
