The mobile version of TEXT2DRIVE, we call it MOM, or mobile operations module, can be located for iPhones on the app store, or for Android phones on the Google Play Store. Just search under the name TEXT2DRIVE.
Now after you have downloaded the app onto your phone or mobile device, including a tablet, you log into the app the same way you log into your TEXT2DRIVE account. In fact, you use the same username and password, and you're going to see it right now. Scott Brown is going to end up logging into this mobile operations module, and he’s going to use the same username and password as he does in his TEXT2DRIVE desktop account. We make it real easy to enter your password in MOM because we allow you to press the show button, right now, and then you can actually see what your typing as your password is entered into the MOM module.
Now by using MOM you're going to be able to text your customers, receive text messages, send photos to customers, and the thing to keep in mind is, everything you send never ever displays your phone number on the customer's device. It shows 37483, so you can send messages to customers, and photos, and never worry about anybody ever having your personal cell phone number when you use the TEXT2DRIVE MOM app.
Scott now wants to send a new message so he presses that red button with the pencil in it, and then he can make a determination if he wants to search the customer by a name or does he just want to enter the cell phone number. The same templates that are available to you on the TEXT2DRIVE desktop version are also available in MOM. Just press on the template you want to use, then press the red button and the message is sent right to the customer, all via text.
Now if Scott wants to internally communicate or instant message with another employee, all he does is press the person icon, as you're seeing right now, and then he picks the person within the dealership, it could be any department, or it even could be in a different dealership that’s part of that group, and once he finds the person he wants to speak with, again he clicks on their name and he starts a communication via text or instant messaging.
In a very short time we're going to be adding a brand new feature to our internal messaging group chat where you can actually set up a group, have a subject, invite people from other dealerships, a party or group, all into one chat and it's all saved together in our reports.

No matter what it is, with TEXT2DRIVE, you can use our mobile operations module, press the send photo button, the photo goes up, but your phone number is never displayed on the customer’s cell phone, and every photo that you take using MOM is stored within the TEXT2DRIVE sent-photos report.
Using your report, both managers and users can see exactly what photos were sent to what customer, and when they were sent text. TEXT2DRIVE’s Mom provides any user the flexibility to operate anywhere within the dealership, whether at their desktop or walking around carrying their mobile device, and that could be a tablet also.
