In this video, Martine Rothblatt demonstrates and discusses the Aqua Lung Connection, usually done at 2 p.m. in the afternoon. This Connection, in the midst of the day, reminds us to focus our energies on those things we can constructively change, realizing that at this time Terasem is a starship being constructed, not a life raft ready for us to climb aboard anytime our lives seem to be troubled.
The actual words recited, shown below, are as published in the Truths of Terasem. This makes them easier to follow in the video. Brief comments are added to help interpret meanings that may be associated with the words, recognizing that in the spirit of diversity, each of us will see them in a unique context of our own.

184.108.40.206 Oh Terasem please see I ask not
220.127.116.11 What Terasem can do for me
18.104.22.168 But what I can do for Terasem
22.214.171.124 As Terasem rises, We all rise too.
(Comment - The words are fairly self-explanatory, and the introductory discussion took care of whatever else might have been worthwhile as an overview. One use of words that might arouse curiosity are those about "Vital Organ Meditations". As you view and listen to the video, you will see one breathing exercise in which the words used as a mantra are about visualizing energy flow to the liver... "prana to the liver; let the liver live". There is a scientific basis for these visualizations, as far better presented in Dharma Singh Khalsa's "Meditation as Medicine" book, discussed in one of the podcasts where the Terasem Connections are the subject matter.)
NEAR THE CONCLUSION OF THE CONNECTION -
6.8.3 Aqualung culminates with the Water Song
126.96.36.199 Water, earth mother’s womb
188.8.131.52 Water, our own life’s blood
184.108.40.206 Now water, washing over us
220.127.116.11 Water, may we flow as one,
18.104.22.168 Water, may we flow as one.
22.214.171.124 We are one
(Comment - We, each of us as biological humans, are in a certain sense like an 'ocean of our own', bounded by a shore that is the exterior of our skins, within which a salty sea of interstitial fluid supports a hundred trillion little living entities... our biological cells... diverse, yet united in the most intimate way, a biocivilization we might say that is far more free of internal conflict and war than our human civlization, which on the larger scale we are inescapably a part. Terasem envisions that it is the destiny of humankind to become a network of such integrity as to rival and then surpass the harmony that our biological bodies currently represent.)
