Saw Katie Crutchfield, aka Waxahatchee, play an acoustic show at BSP Kingston Monday night, May 10th 2016. It was the last night of a five day tour, and for their 'last' song she said it was an old one. I asked if it was P.S. Eliot old? And she replied no, but she always gets at least one person asking that question at every show. When she returned for the encore, she said she was going to try something she doesn't normally do, and 'you can thank that guy' (guilty). She treated us to one P.S. Eliot song, Tennessee, track one off her debut P.S. Eliot record.
Apologies for shaky poor camera work here, I was trying to film as discreetly as possible without keeping an eye on the screen out of respect for her playing me a P.S. Eliot song. Frankly I was melting inside.
