Here is my debut film, "Death of a Camera".
In this version I have enhanced the sound and faded the images together. The images were as a result of my digital camera stopping working as usual just before it gave up completely never to work again. The images that the camera captured are shown here along with a sound track that, for me, allows my brain to wonder into my own imagination generated by the recognition of what I am hearing. The sound and photographs merge and become mesmerising. The sound allows me to relate the images to scenes that I am, eventually, imagining for myself. I no longer rely on the camera to capture a moment in time. I hear the sounds beyond the images: the sound that is usually lost with still photography, and I imagine the visions for myself. And so the camera is dead.
There has been no alteration of the original images and you see then here as did the camera before its death. Thank you for watching and listening.
