Get ready to open and strengthen your feet, ankles and hips. These were areas of the body, up until 2007, I didn't really focus on. Twist too, when I learned that Twisting poses cleansed my internal organs, I was flabbergasted! It makes perfect sense but who knew?
***I get right into the practice, PLEASE, do sufficient yoga warm ups before you start the video. I know time is of the essence BUT I always recommend watching the video first. Its best to use as a reference guide so you are not starring at the box while trying to move dynamically***
