two male city of cleveland employees came to our home-ministry and in our yard knocked at two doors and called out "city of cleveland" one black with a gold badge with a blue shiny vest like shirt that had writing upper left the other was white with id card hanging around neck - after a few minutes no one answered the door and they went of out of yard and waited on side walk talking a few minutes and looking at our signs and got in their four white car with city of cleveland emblem - the back of car had letters numbers 2F 4553 OR 2P 4557 or something close - the black male as he departed the car which was parked in front and went to the middle of street looking up at our roof chimmny with a few papers in his hand - the cleveland building dept. deny they sent any inspectors employees to our home - we have folks checking what dept. they are from - tremont west denies they were involved with sending any city employees to harass us - we have a clearer video
