maybe presents "Beet Joy." "Beet Joy" is a vegan re-imagination of Carolee Schneemann's germinal performance work, "Meat Joy," performed at Judson Church and other locations in 1964.

maybe is a collaborative project by Isaac Pool and Jessica Posner. maybe might mediate bodies, objects and maneuvers of feminism through willful mis-readings of documentation of canonical performance works. Recent iterations include "Clothes" at La Mama Galleria, NYC (inspired by Simone Forti's "Cloths"); "Site (Excerpt)" at Katz’s Deli, Los Angeles (inspired by Robert Morris's "Site"); and an audio installation in the elevator at The Kitchen, NYC.
