Sometimes you have to chance your arm and go for an adventure. We were facing a week in the office, doing necessary, but rather dull stuff. We wanted to do something more exciting. That's where Chris Main came in - he runs The Greenhouse - a tiny but gorgeous bolt hole overlooking Skye, in the North West of Scotland. The very edge of Europe, indeed. We called Chris up, arranged a hire car, and took off. 72 hours later we returned, exhausted and full of stories. We discovered that varicose veins and strong tides don't mix, had the best lemon cake in the UK, met the retired postman who rowed to his clients, and heard tales of magic and monsters.
So here is the wee film that came out of that impulsive first - but definitely not last - trip to a little piece of paradise. Our thanks to all the lovely folks we met. We will definitely be back. Enjoy!
