Girls Design the World: Supporting Green Communities with STEAM is an international partnership between the Minneapolis Institute of Art and the National Museums of Kenya in Nairobi. 21 teens in each city used the Design Thinking process, also known as human-centered design, to imagine solutions to environmental challenges in their communities. Now they are sharing the design thinking process with you. What will you do to change the world?
“Girls Design the World: Supporting Green Communities with STEAM”—is part of Museums Connect, a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and the American Alliance of Museums (AAM).
