As a quality-driven company, we continually change and our adapt our coffee offering throughout the year to reflect
the varying harvesting seasons experienced across the world’s producing countries.
Quality begins at origin, so we work closely with the most dedicated coffee farmers, co-operatives and exporters we can.
Once we've selected our coffees, we bring them back to our Roastery in Bethnal Green. Here, we aim to showcase their intrinsic qualities and unlock their potential by roasting them carefully and transparently.
Only when we're entirely happy that a coffee has surpassed each and everyone of our numerous in-house quality control checks do we add that coffee to our seasonal range, ready for our coffeebars, cafes, valued customers and wholesale partners to enjoy.
