Interval documentation

The film is a very brief and compressed documentation cum synthesis of / from a number of works by Conor Kelly, Moyra Derby, Jost Munster, Joan Key and myself that were presented at Interval, part of the Whitstable Biennale 2016. The show was held in the waiting room of Whitstable railway station. All the works were assembled so as to interact with each other, and the film adds another layer to this by reframing and juxtaposing some of the works in the show, including my own site-specific 16mm negative film loop. The film was shot on 16mm B&W negative (Eastman 7222) copied to video via a projector and camcorder, then played back into the space alongside and overlapping with other works in the show.
