It has been over 20 years since the original Whitewater Rivers of Washington was released by Jeff Bennet. Since then many new rivers and creeks have been explored by the paddlers in the region, aided by modern gear designs. With over 100 contributing local authors and photographers, Paddling Pacific Northwest Whitewater brings a huge amount of river beta into a usable format. With a fresh approach to layout and maps, this guidebook displays 11 different regions within Washington and Oregon. This community created resource was a team effort, making a product that can get you to the putin and takeout. The large 8.5 inch wide by 11 inch tall format gives the amazing photography room to jump off the page and inspire any boater. The main compilers of this guidebook are Nick Hinds, Ryan Scott, Jacob Cruser, and Scott Waidelich. Paddling Pacific Northwest Whitewater is being published by Falcon Guidebooks and is due out on June 30th in stores and online everywhere.
