A project of the South of South Neighborhood Assn. (SOSNA) Pedestrian Advisory Committee and the Universal Institute Charter School (UICS) to raise awareness about pedestrian and bicycle safety in South Philadelphia. This low-cost, high-visibility project alerts motorists especially that they are in a school zone and should proceed with caution. Funded by a Mini-Grant from the National Center for Safe Routes to School. Completed on November 13, 2010 at 15th and Catharine Streets, South Philadelphia.
