In the summer of 2004, right before college, my friends and I decided to attempt an epic movie with a decrepit, small camera of mine. I heard the re-mixed version of O Fortuna, and was inspired from that.
Using the song as my guide, I storyboarded each frame by listening to the music a few seconds at a time.
To make my job easier, I decided not to act in it, but the person that was supposed to play my part dropped out at last minute.
By now, 2008, the story has expanded into something filled with substance. The story of the Children of the Twilight deals with the youth and how they learn to crash through the illusions placed upon their eyes by their elders, learning their true potential and carving a destiny of their own. And once carved, they learn that in order for anything to be changed in the world, it must start with them...
As one can see though, this "excerpt" was just an idea for a practice fight scene. Later when writing the script, I found a way to add it into the story...
This movie is my first actual movie, but it is my baby. I put a lot of my heart into it, I hope you enjoy.
