Cafeteria Culture's YOUTH MEDIA for TRASH FREE WATERS series - video #3 - by 8th grade students in East Flatbush, Brooklyn: "East Flatbush Litter - #SaveACritter."
A message from these youth filmmakers:
Do you know the consequences of throwing your trash in the street? When you throw your trash on the streets and it rains, litter can go through the storm drains, into pipes and directly into waterways, where it ends up being eaten by sea life, such as fish!
This music video is about a girl who couldn’t find a garbage or recycling bin, so a group of friends help her find one and teach her how to recycle the right way. If you’re tired of walking several blocks to find these bins to throw away your trash, ask for more trash and recylcing bins from your local government. This can save creatures that live in the water. #SaveACritter #TrashFreeWaters #plasticpollution
