We spend a day at the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific. Since I'm not a diver, the aquarium affords me the opportunity to fulfill my Jacques Cousteau fantasies. Our tour starts with the serene and extraterrestrial jellies and a quick visit with some fastidious otters grooming. Next, some aggressive and hungry lorikeets harass the wife and kids. The birds actually think the flowers on my wife's dress are real. Finally, my daughter and son commune with some playful sea lions.
