Pillow poetry is a stream of consciousness writing exercise I take part in sometimes whereby I record the images and words that come to me during the brief period between consciousness and sleep. It is essentially like making a transcript of a dream. The following is a short film adaptation of one such passage that occurred after I had a discussion with one of my teachers about the film “Prospero’s Books” as well as the filmmaker Andrei Tarkovsky.
