Welcome to the Employer University Quick Tip For How to Post a Job to Gator CareerLink. Posting a job to Gator CareerLink is free and easy! You can post any type of job, including full time, part time, internship and co-op. Please note that these jobs are for those not attached to an on-campus interview schedule. To post a job connected to on-campus interviews see our "How to sign up for on-campus interviews quick tip." Let's get started!
First, visit our web page at hireufgators.com. This will take you to a page with the Gator CareerLink employer login image. Make sure that it says employer login and not student login. Click on this image.
Complete your login information on the left-hand side of the screen. If you do not have a Gator CareerLink account please see our, "How to sign up for Gator CareerLink Quick Tip." After you put in your login information press go.
Once logged in, click on the jobs tab at the top of your Gator CareerLink Homepage. Then, click on add new, at the lower left-hand corner of the screen. Make sure to complete all of the appropriate fields on this page. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. Please ensure that the position description is detailed and includes all necessary information in order to generate interest from students.
After completing the basic position information as shown on this screen, click submit at the bottom of the screen, and your posting will be submitted for approval. It may take up to 48 hours to be approved due to the volume and the approval process so please be patient. You'll be contacted if there are any questions about your job posting.
