The newly revamped Turner Classic Movies Morning Open. We physically made a pop-up book filled with images of classic movies and shot it over green screen and used a red camera mounted to a MOCO rig to take us through the book. We then shot backplates of a film projector from 1923 (that was still actually functional!) and ran the same MOCO moves for seamless compositing. The block letters at the end of the spot were physically cut from composite material and faced with copper and hung to dangle in front of green screen from fish wire. I was Art Director and Compositor on this project.
