Citizen's uprising against government plans for a huge construction site, called "Stuttgart 21" (S21).
Tens of thousands of citizen's in Stuttgart, a wealthy and flourishing city in the south of Germany, have taken to the streets for more than a year to voice their protest several times a week, regardless of weather conditions. This film documents the peaceful and creative energy against the plans to relocate the main station and the tracks to disappear underground and to reveal the old boys' networks. Many of these upright citizens have protested for the first time in their lives.
