Fifteen youth from St. Albert the Great Catholic Parish visited the Crazy Quilt Friendship Center in Newcomb, Tennessee on the 2nd Sunday of Advent. Crazy Quilt is funded by Catholic Charities of East Tennessee. The students brought five vehicles filled with Christmas gifts, snacks, and food for each child and their families. Once there, the Youth painted faces, helped the kids decorate cookies, and made new friends. Santa came out and gave out gifts to all of them and then the youth helped load the cars and said goodbye.
