'Sonele' is a documentary that follows a South African girl on her trip to the Two Oceans Aquarium for the first time.
In 2004 Ria Boweni set aside her own limited wages to feed seven children in Khayelitsha. Today, Ria's soup kitchen feeds over 50 children from Khayelitsha, in addition to conducting other out-reach and community upliftment programs. In 2016, the UJW (Union of Jewish Women) and The Two Oceans Aquarium team up to bring some of the children from Ria's kitchen to the aquarium to experience a new type of adventure.
A short film created for the UJW and Two Oceans Aquarium in Cape Town.
