The Bromley by Bow Centre have partnered with Macmillan Cancer Support to create an innovative social prescribing service accessible from community centres in Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Newham and Waltham Forest.
The service supports people living with and beyond cancer to improve their wellbeing by helping them to access local services and activities.
